We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the above-mentioned service provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This is a contract required by data protection law which ensures that the service provider only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Hosting of the booking widget

For online appointment booking, we embed an interactive booking widget (iframe) on this website. This widget is not provided by the website host named above, but runs on separate infrastructure at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Personal data such as IP addresses, appointment and contact data (e.g. name, telephone number, email address) and technical access data may be processed in the process.

The provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. Processing is carried out for the purpose of providing the appointment booking function and for the performance of (pre-)contractual measures towards you (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of secure and stable technical provision (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Data processing agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Amazon Web Services in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This ensures that AWS only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Google Fonts (local hosting)

This site uses so-called Google Fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. No connection to Google's servers takes place.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data entered on our website (e.g. in a contact form) is entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor on the basis of various characteristics.

This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information, e.g.:
